Known for his creativity, Executive Chef Ryan Niblack has created a menu and quality for our country club that is receiving a lot of positive attention. His cuisine includes a blend of time-honored classics with contemporary infusions, using the freshest ingredients available. His changeable menu offerings have continued to please our customers since his association with Sequoia Woods Country Club began in 2001.
Ryan trained at the culinary program at Columbia College in Sonora, California. He began his professional career as a banquet chef at the local Ironstone Winery. He moved on as head chef at the Murphys Grille restaurant, and from there he worked with the newly-opened Camps Restaurant at Greenhorn Creek.
Ryan is assisted by Bill Kenworthy and by Donald Strickland.
